The Court

The Court is the senior body which governs the Company’s affairs.  The members of the Court are drawn from the Company’s Liverymen.

The Court is composed of the Master, not fewer than two and not more than three Wardens, and not fewer than ten and not more than twenty-four Assistants.  Past Masters shall remain members of the Court for a period of five years.  Past Masters who have served for between five and ten years will be deemed Honorary Assistants, and may attend Court meetings but not vote.
