In July 2006, the Company considered that it should acquire legal status and resolved to make an application to the Privy Council for the grant of a Royal Charter. The Constitution, Ordinances and Standing Orders were drafted and reproduced on vellum and on 24 July 2008, Her Majesty the Queen caused the Great Seal of State to be affixed to our Royal Charter.
